  On more than one occasion we lose a job to a less experienced or unlicensed contractor who bids a lower price.  Often, after all is said and done the client discovers there's nothing more expensive than regret.  When that contractor turns out an incomplete or unsatisfactory job, we are, on more than one occasion, called back to redo or finish the project at hand.
